The Department has been founded to meet the following objectives:

1. To develop general policies for total quality and development in college.
2. To develop strategic plans for quality control in the university.
3. To spread the culture of quality among the employees of the university.
4. To apply academic and administrative performance criteria and indicators at faculty and university.
5. To simplify the procedures in the administrative and academic fields at the college and the university.
6.  To evaluate the performance to ensure quality at the college and university.
