Providing high quality educational programs and carrying out scientific researches that are up to date and distinct and capable of providing the society with the knowledge and training frameworks and preparing graduates with high professional competence for the public and private sectors in the fields of. In addition to the goals of the university as a larger vessel, the college aims to:

Linking the college with local, regional and global counterparts in the field

1- Developing curricula at undergraduate, higher diploma and master's levels by holding specialized workshops to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of educational technology in order to meet the general education needs in terms of qualified teachers, both educationally and academically.

2- To increase the number of candidates for admission to the Faculty at Departments of Physical Education and Drama after the availability of different study aids.

3 – Working on accepting students in the Department of Art Education after the provision of educational aids.

4 - Establishment of a center to develop the professional performance of Faculty staff members.

5 - Establishment of a center for drama research and studies.

6 - Establishment of a center for research on physical education.

7 - Development of the Departments of drama and sports education to include new sections and disciplines.

Second, in the field of infrastructure:

1 - Construction of the Faculty multi-storey building to meet the needs in terms of classrooms, the library and offices for faculty staff members.

2 - Stablishing squires for sports and theatrical activities nineteen acres of which have already been approved for this purpose.

3 - Creating a learning environment and equipping existing classrooms and providing all the academic consultations that enable the success of the educational process in Faculty.

Third: New disciplines in the Faculty:

The Faculty 's development plan includes the provision of new disciplines as follows:

    -  Arabic Language + Drama

    - English + Drama

    - Engineering Sciences

    - Mathematics + Computer

    - Physical Education + Health Sciences

    - Special education and pre-school education

    - Art Education (Fine Arts)

IV. Proposed new sections:

   1 - Department of Mathematics, Computer and Engineering Sciences (each of these disciplines can be a separate department).

   2- Languages Department.

Fifth: Approved departments not operationalized yet:

The Faculty's urgent development plan includes the operationalization of these departments, which have been approved years ago:

    1- Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods

    2 - Department of Education Principles

    3 - Department of Educational Psychology

    4- Department of Educational Technology

    5 - Department of Management and Educational Planning

    6- Department of Special Education and Pre-School Education

    7 - Department of Art Education (Fine Arts).

   5 - Operationalization of approved departments and the appointment of heads of these departments.

   7 - Increasing the number of candidates for admission to the departments of physical education and drama.

   8- Developing distance learning programs and starting admission to the distance learning department.
