Message on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, 3 December:
Al-Neelain University - Faculty of Law - celebrates the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and believes that human rights and fundamental freedoms are guaranteed to every person regardless of his/her gender, religion, race, social origin, or disability.
Emphasis
that Persons with Disabilities are entitled to civil, political, economic, and
social rights, and in particular their inherent right to higher education at
all its levels without hindrance or thwarting this right, Al-Neelain University
- Faculty of Law - embraces dozens of persons with disabilities and proud of their
scientific and knowledge production that contributes to the development of the
country, and strives to upgrade its academic environment and curricula so that
students with disabilities can enjoy the exercise of their right to higher
education and scientific research on an equal basis with their peers.
