As part of its ongoing efforts toward digital transformation and administrative modernization, the University of Neelain has launched its new administrative system. The virtual launch event took place on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, and was chaired by Professor Elhadi Adam, the University President, with the participation of the University Registrar, the Director of the Center for Information and Communication Technology, the Director of Human Resources, the Director of Financial Administration, the Cheques Department, and the technical team behind the system.
The system was fully developed internally by the University’s Center for Information and Communication Technology and marks the first step toward implementing a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, in line with the University's vision of becoming a "paperless university."

During the launch, the University President praised the efforts of the technical team, highlighting the achievement as a model for utilizing national expertise and demonstrating the University's capability to lead its own sustainable technological advancement
