The Legal Affairs Administration strives to have a good distinguished reputation and be consulted by all the colleges of the University and its faculties, departments and administrations.


The mission of Legal Affairs Administration is to solve legal problems and facilitate transactions, to provide advice to foster sound decision-making and creative problem-solving and to provide legal representation. The goal of Legal Affairs Administration is to provide counsel to minimize legal risks and costs, and ensure legal compliance, and to do so efficiently, expeditiously, reliably and professionally.


  1. To participate in the formulation of laws, instructions and the By-laws of the University.
  2. To prepare and revise all the drafts of the contracts and binding agreements between the University and other parties.
  3. To represent the University at the courts and official institutions in order to carry out the necessary procedures.
  4. To participate at the committees of the University.
